  Established in 2007, SHARP (Safety Helmet and Assessment Rating Programme) it’s the new helmet safety scheme for motorcyclists created by the UK Department for Transport and provides consumers with an independent assessment of the safety performance of some of the most popular helmets sold in the UK. The SHARP RATING reflects the performance of each helmet model following a series of advanced laboratory tests; the rating system goes from 1 (Min.) to 5 (Max.) stars.
